I have recently offered some of my paintings for rental. The above photograph shows a hang at the beautiful 5 Star Town Hall Hotel in East London. These three paintings sat very well in the Elis room ( breakfast room).

I’ve also had the pleasure of visiting and hanging a painting at No 23 Skin - a very serene skin clinic in the heart of Kensington, West London. I initially visited the clinic to get an idea of the space and left them with a painting on my first visit. I follow up these appointments with a bespoke pdf of work that I think will fit into and suit that particular space.
Once the business has decided on their artworks, I draw up a contract and arrange for the delivery and hanging of the work.

As a general guideline, I usually charge around 5% of the painting’s value per month depending on the size and quantity of work being loaned.
