This mixed media piece on Hahnemulhe Etching paper is a response to my vessel series, exploring themes of containment and holding.

It would look perfect in a float frame as the edges are deckled ( uneven) and the image has a natural off white border on the paper.

I’ve had a long fascination with vessels and they often crop up in my work. I really love the texture in this one and the fragility of the collage elements with the sturdiness of the vessel.
