Rumination means to think over a problem but I prefer to think of it as pondering over life’s challenges in a more positive way.

We need space to ponder and we need a focus so I thought this went perfectly with this painting. If we take the metaphor a bit further there is light here too, reflected in the silver lining at the bottom of the painting!
