The title comes from a place i've stayed in, in Newlyn, Cornwall, next to Anchor Studios where Stanhope Forbes set up an art school in the 1800s. Its also where the artist John Wells had a studio after the death of Forbes.

The area is surrounded by lush green flora. The title has a double meaning, reflecting the anchored state of being I experience when I'm there.
